Are You Sure Its Fat bare?
This assignment asks us to gather three of our favorite case foods and then to explain the adipose tissue means and the protein content from those foods. This topic sets out to find the answers that pertain to the plentiful and protein contents of these foods by employ the mathematical formula made available to us on page 286 of Math in our World (Bluman, 2011). In solving the problem, we are also asked to analyze the protein content using 4 calories per gram of protein, rather than nine calories for grams of plump down. It is my hope that this root will address the fat content and protein content of a Chocolate Chip Granola Bar for breakfast, DiGigorno Pizza, and Chicken Tenders and that my answers are not only correct, but that the model helped to obtain the formula and answer. Lastly, my ultimate goal is to not become prey to the food persistence through their shrewd advertising as well as to understand the term buyer beware a dwarfish more.
To begin the problem I had to understand how to do the math. I needed to know that for the fat content, one gram of fat equaled nine calories. For example, 2 grams of fat would equal 18 calories because 2 x 9 = 18.

I also had to know for the protein content for every gram equals four calories. For example, 1.8 grams equals 7.2 calories because 1.8 x 4 = 7.2 The become thing I needed to know was the calories per serving for each food item.
For my breakfast item, I chose to use a coffee tree chip granola bar which has 160 calories per serving. The fat in a granola bar is 2.5 grams (remember that for every gram of fat equals 9 calories). So, the fat content of a granola bar would be 22.5 grams because 2.5 x 9 = 22.5 grams. To find the percentage of fat, I divided the total grams of fat and the total calories per serving. Therefore, 22.5 / 160 * 100% = 14.06% grams of fat....If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Orderessay
