A second way Squealer uses rhetoric is when he changes the commandments. Orwell uses ethos and credibility, to show the rhetoric. Every season someone brings up a commandment, Squealer opposes them and says that they forgot the other take apart of the commandment.

Lastly, other strategy Orwell uses is pathos. Pathos is used by persuading others by utilize their emotions.
