Leadership in Action: Affecting Change
The simulation “Leadership in Action” is based on the cheek of Smith & Falmouth (S&F) and its new role S & F Online. The division, a mid-sized tele-shopping and mail order profits has been open, six months and is headed by CEO Irene Seagraves. Strategic growth everywhere the next tether years is crucial for the organization; with this in mind, Seagraves searches for a COO that can take the lead on her aggressive targets for the organization. This paper will define and get wind the organizations culture, root on a restructure for the organization that will improve, and empower its employees, describe the most effective management practice for the restructure, and explain how individuals to the organization could be affected by the size, and restructure.
Workforce Division
The organization is presently divided into three workforce divisions, (a) web victimisation team, (b) logistics team, (c) marketing team; each with distinct task and responsibilities.
1. Web development team is responsible for the website build and function as substantially as online payments.

Logistics team has responsibility for order handling, customer support, and rescue operations. Their order fulfillment is so reported to the marketing division.
3. marketing team is responsible for promotional activities, marketing budgets, and coordination of production. Marketing is then responsible for reporting to the S&F parent caller-out (University of Phoenix, n.d.).
Divisional Oversight
Oversight is in place for each of the three divisions, with each passenger car being responsible
for specific functions within the company.
