Change I Want to See

HE WHO CONTROLS OTHER MAY BE POWERFUL, BUT HE WHO HAS MASTERED HIMSELF IS MIGHTIER STILL. These words were once uttered by Lao Tzu, the founder of Taoism. This saying often reminds us that we need to concenter on the things we provoke control, most of all, ourselves. As a tie in youth of our realm I grow up unneurotic with the popular saying that Dr. Jose Rizal, our national hero once give tongue to Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan. And by that saying I stand present in front of you hoping to start something new. As time passes by, we can observe that something dislodges, at every moment with a wink of an eye, something stirs. By the moment that we took our first breath of life something already counterchanges and by the time that we all bid goodbye to our passion friends and family something changes. Simply because theres nothing permanent on this world that change. We can always notice that our farming is currently facing different ups and downs , and together with that struggles and challenges, we always seek for something better.

But the big question is, as we dream or strive for something better for the sake of our country do we illuminate or does something cross our mind that in hallow to change our countrys problem we also need to change ourselves? Others may say that its not our problem but of the governments; others may say that in order to solve our countrys problems we really needed to change first ourselves and for others who wanted to be evenly balanced, its a never ending cycle on who is to blame for our countrys worsening environmental and industrial status.
